Clinton Real Estate and Local Updates

High School football is about to kick off in full swing starting with the Annual "Pigskin Jamboree" held at The Clinton DARK HORSE Stadium. I get a little pep in my step this time of year, just knowing football is around the corner. It reminds me of those "good ole times" playing at Clinton, winning a State Championship, and my oh so brief time at ECU. This is an exciting time for those boys, I know it was for me. So, Hobbton, Union, Lakewood, Midway, and Clinton will duke it out at 7:00 pm. Two teams will face each other on each end of the field for a 10 minute period.

I would like to also take the time to mention Brett Bowden, a very special player at Hobbton. Brett has Down Syndrome, but enjoys dressing out, warming up, and occasionally play a down or two. Brett, turned 19 this year, and unfortunately can not dress and play due to his age. We need to all show support for Brett, I know I do. Tonight, should be very interesting and I am ready to see how the Dark Horses do.
